Manufacturer's Warranty
12 MONTHS MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY FOR ROOME HARDWARE AND ACCESSORIES
AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND
This warranty applies to ROOME products supplied by Roome Australia Pty Limited.
The benefits given by this Warranty are in addition to other statutory rights which you may be entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law or the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand), and other applicable consumer protection laws and regulations.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Subject to the terms and exclusions below, Roome Australia Pty Limited (“Roome”) warrants to the original consumer purchasing the Product (“you”) that, for a period of 12 (twelve) months from the date of the purchase of the Product by you, the Product will be free from defects in materials, workmanship and manufacturing. If, having inspected the Product, Roome determines that the warranty claim is valid, Roome will, at its option, either repair or replace the part causing the defect, or replace the relevant element of the Product without charge.
